A&K Service Inc. has roots that run deep in North Atlanta. Our founder has called the Marietta and Alpharetta area home since 1969, and that long history with this region shapes everything we do. When you call us, you're not talking to a regional call center. You're talking to neighbors who know these communities personally.

Our founder entered the HVAC trade in 1972 and graduated from technical trade school in 1974. He spent years building hands-on experience as a partner with another company before launching A&K Service Inc. in 1992. That's more than 50 years of working in this industry, learning what homeowners actually need, and developing the skills to deliver it.

The reason A&K Service exists is straightforward. Our founder wanted to help people feel genuinely comfortable inside their homes, with the right temperature and the right humidity, year round. That goal hasn't changed since day one. It still drives every service call, every installation, and every maintenance visit we perform.

We are a Rheem Pro Partner, which means we meet Rheem's standards for installation quality and technical training. When we recommend a Rheem system, we stand behind that recommendation with the manufacturer relationship to back it up. Our customers in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Milton, Cumming, Duluth, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners, Woodstock, East Cobb County, Buford, and Flowery Branch have trusted us with their comfort for decades, and many of them have been with us since the early years.
